Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

To be considered eligible to receive a Distribution Payment from the American Electric Power Fair Fund, you must submit a timely and valid Proof of Claim and Release Form, along with the necessary documentation. Mailed submissions must be postmarked on or before November 23, 2026. Online and email submissions must be received by 11:59 P.M. PST on November 23, 2026, the “Claims Bar Date”.
